According to the printing material, it can be divided into glue, water slurry and heat transfer.
1, glue. As the name suggests, it is to use the chemical oil to adjust the color, brush to the clothes, there will generally be a hand, will stick hands, there will be a taste.
2, water slurry. It is also printed with chemical oil, the difference is that the dye penetrates into the fabric, there will be no feel, only suitable for light-colored fabric printing.
3. Transfer printing. Using transfer paper as a medium, using high temperature, the color on the transfer paper is sublimated into a gaseous state and then transferred to the fabric.
From printing paste: watermark, offset, silicone printing, transfer printing, (electrostatic flocking is also considered printing)
From the printing method: Taiwan version, garden network, flat net
Different fabric components, different process requirements, printing, printing, and other factors take different printing methods.
I hope to understand.
